Bonita MeyersAdjunct Faculty
Kelly serves as the Director of The Gathering Place Cooperative. Some of her duties include teaching, maintaining communication with parents and staff, overseeing the marketing and advertising, financials, purchasing, and curriculum consulting. Kelly is also the Administrative Assistant for The Gathering Place Academy. She currently has her Associate of Arts from Seminole State College and is continuing her education. She began home schooling her children in 1995, serving as a co-leader for PACE Home School support group and both coordinating and teaching the co-op.
Jessica has been teaching various academic levels for three years. She feels that God has given her a passion for teaching and is embracing the calling He has placed on her life. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Education from Daytona State College and is finishing her education at UCF with a Bachelor in Secondary English/Language Arts.
Megan Lisak was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. After attending a prestigious public school district, she graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a baccalaureate degree in Elementary Education in 2008. She is an active member of the Kappa Delta Pi Academic of Professional Educators. Megan has taught various levels in K-9 for three years, and substituted in the Joliet School District. When she is not teaching, she enjoys fishing on the East Coast and Scuba Diving in the Keys with her husband.
